MARKETING

European Country Manager

COROS is seeking some self-starting, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Country Managers in some key European countries. In this role, you will bring your experience of marketing, business development and account management to the table and play an important part of COROS’ international expansion serving our consumers and partners in the territory. The ideal candidate is an individual who can work well independently and within a cross-functional environment. This role is full time (exempt) and will be instrumental in building out a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities:
  • · Accountable for activation growth in the country
  • · Work in conjunction with local distributor(s) and internal account managers to develop new business opportunities
  • · Develop marketing plans unique to the territory within the overall brand strategy
  • · Manage all aspects of territory social media pages including content strategy, creation, copy etc
  • · Manage relationships with existing international media partners, and prospect additional partners for earned media
  • · Execute paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels/medias including digital, social, podcasts, print and more
  • · Identify and oversee potential athletes and content creators within the territory
  • · Select and manage territory ambassador program
  • · Support international distributors to deliver assets and drive global awareness
  • · Pursue the highest level of retail experience
  • · Travel as needed to local events including races, store and club demos, expos and industry events
Qualifications:
  • · At least three years of experience in business development and/or marketing
  • · Proficient in English and local territory language (additional language proficiency preferred)
  • · Familiar with local corporate laws, regulations and business culture
  • · Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • · Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Brand & Digital Designer

Beyond the ability to use these software tools, we're looking for someone with a real creative spark and a proactive spirit. We need an individual who can not only help deliver a vision but also make it better or even offer up an unexpected alternative. We’re an energetic and entrepreneurial team, with industry-leading products, an expanding roster of exceptional global athletes, and a brand that already receives a lot of consumers love. COROS has all the foundations for exciting creative projects, with more mundane needs a necessary part of the scope of work.

Our ideal candidate is interested in sport, training, adventure, and technology, and has their own network of talent to tap into. Our office is based in Irvine, and although we are happy to operate a hybrid model, we would like our Brand Designer to be able to attend the office regularly. We value talent and personality over years of experience, but please have a robust portfolio ideally showing digital, graphic, and motion design experience.

The successful candidate will collaborate with other team members to conceptualize and help realize a broad range of projects.

You will serve as a COROS sport technology products expert and help provide the best customer experience possible.

Responsibilities:
  • · Become an expert in COROS products, features and customer needs
  • · Answer customer inquiries and provide technical assistance and support via email, phone calls, social media and other channels as needed
  • · Identify, analyze and record product-related feedback and report to the engineering team
  • · Translate and build out support related content for internal and external stakeholders
  • · Travel as needed to local events including races, expos and industry events
