OPERATIONS


European Operations and Logistics Assistant

COROS is a global sports technology company on a mission to innovate, develop and deliver the best training solutions to help athletes at every ability level to achieve their goals. Our award-winning hardware devices and software is developed to the highest standards and used by the world's best athletes.

The European Warehouse assistant will be located in our UK office with key members from our UK and European team. They will be a key team member working directly with our European Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and Retail teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing fast-moving inventory and working to strict timelines.


Responsibilities

  • Report to the European Operations and Logistics Manager
  • Receive and process UK product returns
  • Manage our sample and open box inventory levels for the UK
  • Despatch key athletes, ambassadors and retail sample orders in the UK
  • Communicate and co-ordinate product returns with the global customer service team
  • Work with the European Sales Manager to enter new B2B orders for UK and Irish retailers
  • Raise marketing sample orders for the whole European market
  • Manage and organise the open box and sample inventory in the UK


Qualifications

  • Highly organized and an effective communicator
  • Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google sheets
  • Experience managing inventory

  • 24 hours per week permanent contract
