HR Business Partner – Europe

Reporting to: Head of Europe (Territory Manager) & Head of Organizational Development (Line Manager)

As COROS continues to scale across Europe, we are looking for an HR Business Operations professional to support our people and business operations across multiple countries and teams. This role will play a key part in enabling our regional growth by ensuring smooth recruitment processes, fostering positive employee relations, and coordinating training and team initiatives that strengthen our culture and performance.

Working closely with regional leadership and the global team, this role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on HR professional who is comfortable operating independently across markets, building structure where needed, and balancing operational execution with a people-first mindset.

While the role is intended as full-time, it may start part-time (minimum 60%) with a clear path to full-time based on mutual fit and evolving business needs.


Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support & Coordination

  • Assist with recruitment for European and select global roles, including:
    • Conduct research and benchmarking to support role definition and compensation planning
    • Drafting and publishing job postings in English, in collaboration with hiring managers
    • Conducting initial resume screenings and shortlisting candidates
    • Conducting first-round interviews to assess general role alignment and cultural fit
    • Coordinating interviews and communication with hiring managers and global HR teams
  • Maintain steady recruitment progress and deliver a positive candidate experience across cultural backgrounds and time zones
  • Support structured onboarding of new hires, including documentation, equipment setup, and orientation in alignment with global processes
  • Provide HR guidance and act as a sparring partner to hiring managers across the employee lifecycle


Employee Relations, Training & Business Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for people- and business-related matters for employees and managers
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations, including:
    • Communicating and clarifying HR policies
    • Handling employee inquiries, feedback, and general support needs
    • Acting as a neutral party in performance conversations or conflict resolution situations
    • Coordinating with global HR teams on process and compliance matters
  • Help implement and communicate clear regional HR guidelines on key operational topics
  • Support the planning and execution of training and personal development initiatives within existing frameworks
  • Assist in organizing team-building initiatives, regional meetings, and cross-functional communication
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between global teams, particularly in Europe, the USA, and China
  • Serve as an HR advisor to the Head of Europe and CEO on regional people-related strategy and structure


Requirements:

  • Preference for candidates in Austria or the South of Germany, or potentially within the EU/UK
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, People Operations, HR/Business Operations, or a comparable field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid understanding of employment regulations and labor practices in key European markets (legal expertise not required, but strong judgment and stakeholder management skills are essential)
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and self-motivation
  • Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across diverse cultural backgrounds; experience working with Chinese teams is a plus
  • Proven ability to operate independently with limited supervision while ensuring clear and timely communication with stakeholders
  • High level of maturity, reliability, and professional judgment
  • A genuine enthusiasm for sports and the intersection of technology, brand, and culture is a strong plus

CRM & Performance Marketing Manager – Europe

As COROS continues to scale in Europe, we're looking for a CRM & Performance Marketing Manager to take full regional ownership of two critical growth channels: email and paid media. This role will collaborate closely with the US-based global marketing team and regional teams across Europe, while remaining directly responsible for specific performance and commerical goals in these markets. From helping to shape the regional strategy to running day-to-day execution, this role is perfect for someone looking to build systems and execute those strategies across countries, languages, and audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Full-time role based within the EU or the UK, with flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup depending on location.
  • Own end-to-end CRM and performance marketing across key European markets, including email, paid social, and paid search, spanning strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Translate global brand and product campaigns into locally relevant CRM and performance initiatives, while aligning closely with the US-based global marketing team on priorities, reporting cadence, and scaling of tactics across markets.
  • Build, execute, and continuously refine lifecycle, newsletter, and campaign-based email programs that support product launches, brand moments, and long-term customer engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, ensuring budgets are deployed efficiently and performance is continuously improved.
  • Oversee localization and translation workflows to ensure messaging is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with COROS' brand voice across regions.
  • Maintain a clear regional marketing calendar and performance reporting cadence to support transparency, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing teams and the global brand marketing team.
  • Act as a brand steward of channel quality and effectiveness, ensuring CRM and performance marketing contribute meaningfully to long-term brand health, rather than just short-term results.
  • Stay current on platform changes, tools, and best practices, with a particular focus on how automation and AI can improve efficiency without compromising quality or control.
  • Remain connected to endurance sports culture, with a strong awareness of running, cycling, climbing, and the broader sports industry.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data-driven digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on CRM/email and paid performance channels
  • Demonstrated ability to own campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution through optimization and analysis
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms, with familiarity across tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or similar CRM and analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and creative feedback is a strong plus
  • Strong judgment when balancing performance, brand, and messaging, with a clear point of view on tone, sequencing, and how campaigns show up to the consumer
  • A confident, independent operator who can manage priorities, make decisions, and drive work forward without heavy oversight
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across markets

Senior Brand Designer

Reporting to: Head of Brand Marketing

The Senior Brand Designer will be responsible for helping shape the visual creative for COROS, working across brand campaigns, editorial, retail, and product marketing. You will be instrumental in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and managing briefs for the marketing team. The right candidate must be comfortable with both conceptualizing responses to briefs as well as executing those responses across our consumer touchpoints ranging from email, social, paid media, product pages, editorial content, retail and more. They should be ready to hit the ground running and will be expected to deliver on scope and on time from the outset.

With support from leaders on the marketing team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in defining how COROS visually connects with its audience around the world. They will be responsible for creative that not only elevates COROS products but sets the brand apart from the competition with engaging and cutting edge design.


Responsibilities:

  • Full-time remote role based in London or the surrounding area.
  • Lead design work across a wide range of mediums, including brand campaigns, product marketing, packaging, activations, digital media, product landing pages, social media, editorial stories, and environmental or experiential design.
  • Translate marketing and product strategy into clear, compelling visual systems that scale across regions and channels while maintaining a consistently high bar for quality.
  • Play a key role in refining, evolving, and maintaining the COROS brand across all touchpoints, including website, campaigns, communications, and social platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, either in-house or at a creative agency.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led thinking, refined visual execution, and the ability to build cohesive brand systems.
  • Proven ability to clearly and creatively communicate product stories, including hardware, software, and technical features.
  • A confident, independent designer who can lead projects end-to-end while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
