The UK Sales manager will be the key contact for our B2B business in the UK. They need to have experience in managing key endemic accounts, managing independent retailers, and training key store staff members. COROS innovation is moving at a very rapid pace, and it's important that the UK Sales Manager can distribute key information and updates efficiently and effectively to ensure the consumer always hears about our innovations in real time.
COROS Wearables is expanding its team and seeking Customer Support Agents for remote roles in or around Skipton, United Kingdom. This position is key to our mission of providing exceptional, educational, and empathetic support to our users and athletes. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about sports and technology and are eager to contribute to the daily training experience of COROS users.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their product-related queries and offering solutions with technical insight. Your role will involve regular interaction with a diverse community of sports enthusiasts, including runners, cyclists, and climbers. Native French speaker and proficiency in English are a must. Additional languages are a plus as we value the ability to connect with our global user base.

The Sales Manager for Germany & Austria will be the key point of contact for our B2B business, driving the development of this key market. This role offers the opportunity to shape business operations during an exciting phase of growth, bringing creative ideas to the table and executing them with autonomy.
The ideal candidate has experience managing key accounts, working with independent retailers, and training retail staff. They possess strong strategic thinking skills, hands-on expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive within an agile and collaborative team setting.
This is a full-time role with the following responsibilities:
•Identify and devise a go-to-market plan with the most influential running, cycling and outdoor retailers within the territory, in collaboration with the Country Manager DACH.
•Initiate and develop a network of COROS advocate stores across Germany and Austria
•Ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail touchpoints and analyze performance data to refine future strategies.
•Implement an efficient and profitable strategy to service and support independent retailers within the key COROS verticals
•Organize and distribute information about new software and hardware products to B2B customers.
•Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to optimize customer experience and sales strategies.
•Communicate delivery timelines and product availability to B2B partners while maintaining strong business relationships.
•Oversee the retail display strategy and plan & execute training sessions for retail staff throughout the region.
•Define, track, and drive KPIs to measure business performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
•5+ years of experience working with a sporting goods brand in Germany or Austria, ideally in technical consumer goods.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Fluent German (native level) and excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
•Self-driven problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills.
•Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
•Competitive mindset paired with excellent negotiation skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic accounting.
•Passion for an active lifestyle (e.g., running, cycling, hiking, outdoor activities) is a strong advantage.
•Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
