Warehouse Manager

We're seeking a warehouse manager to join our team and manage operations within our global fulfillment center. This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the warehouse's receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. This role will report to the Operation Manager and partner with other departments to ensure that logistics services are executed efficiently to meet the COROS needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can track multiple facets of the warehouse at any time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of a large number of product orders every year.

  • · Independently manage the daily warehouse operation without additional supervision.
  • · Hire, instruct, or terminate warehouse employees if needed.
  • · Plan the warehouse layout and expansion with the business trend.
  • · Manage warehouse budget, including transportation and shipping material purchase.
  • · Ensure the shipping and receiving compliance with domestic and international customers.
  • · Work closely with purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, and the sales team to ensure product inventory allowances align with forecasted build/sales timelines. 
  • · Communicate and record inventory and warehouse supplies shortages accordingly.
  • · Monitor incoming shipment requests from internal and external users and action the requests appropriately based on commodity type while confirming status and action plan to requestors.
  • · Oversee daily shipping carrier delivery and pick up, ensuring drivers are safely and efficiently loaded and unloaded while quickly fulfilling customer orders.
  • · Continually monitor and update stock locations and labeling, ensuring goods are correctly stored.
  • · Perform value-added service tasks and other activities as deemed necessary by company needs.
  • · Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • · 10+ years of experience in the operational logistics industry, relevant experience in warehouse operations/management: shipping, receiving, inventory control, goods receipt, documentation, issue out, escalations/resolutions, etc. 
  • · General Awareness of Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods a plus.
  • · Experience executing operations in a high-velocity environment.
  • · Able to track multiple priorities simultaneously and follow through.
  • · Experience motivating team members constructively.
  • · Experience using a common ERP or WMS system, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.

European Country Manager

COROS is seeking some self-starting, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Country Managers in some key European countries. In this role, you will bring your experience of marketing, business development and account management to the table and play an important part of COROS’ international expansion serving our consumers and partners in the territory. The ideal candidate is an individual who can work well independently and within a cross-functional environment. This role is full time (exempt) and will be instrumental in building out a team of direct reports.

  • · Accountable for activation growth in the country
  • · Work in conjunction with local distributor(s) and internal account managers to develop new business opportunities
  • · Develop marketing plans unique to the territory within the overall brand strategy
  • · Manage all aspects of territory social media pages including content strategy, creation, copy etc
  • · Manage relationships with existing international media partners, and prospect additional partners for earned media
  • · Execute paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels/medias including digital, social, podcasts, print and more
  • · Identify and oversee potential athletes and content creators within the territory
  • · Select and manage territory ambassador program
  • · Support international distributors to deliver assets and drive global awareness
  • · Pursue the highest level of retail experience
  • · Travel as needed to local events including races, store and club demos, expos and industry events
