We're here to help. The COROS Replace and Recycle Program is for product issues that are not covered by our warranty, making sure that you always have a watch that can keep up with you.

The COROS Replace and Recycle program operates a bit differently than you may be used to. Instead of sending your watch back to be repaired, you’ll order and receive a brand new watch and warranty with this program. Then when your defective watch Is received by our warehouse, you’ll receive a refund on your new watch according to the refund chart listed at the bottom of this page. Meanwhile, your old watch will be repaired, repurposed, or recycled appropriately.
